When you hear the expression Leading Edge, like as in “that brand/product/organisation is leading edge” what does this make you think about?

We all know certain brands/products/organisations which are leaders or influential trailblazers. What do you think it is which makes them ‘leading edge’, or ‘cutting edge’?

In October 2014 the Council adopted its Leading Edge Strategy (replacing the previous Family Friendly Strategy). The vision was developed following a series of workshops with a wide range of people and organisations. Since then, key projects have been planned and some have been implemented to contribute towards our vision for the district.

The following survey seeks public perceptions and awareness of this strategy. The survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete and will help assist the Council evaluate the implementation of the strategy.
