Coast to crown – help enhance our town ;)

Whether you enjoy the laid-back vibe of the ‘Cliff or the jewel in our cultural crown, Queens Park, you’ve probably got great ideas for making two of our favourite reserves even better.

We don’t have heaps of money to spend on development but we welcome your input to the Council’s review of its Castlecliff Coastal Reserve Management & Queens Park Management Plans.

The Plans provide a vision for the future management of these reserves, and make best use of limited resources to meet community expectations.

If you, a friend or your family enjoy these reserves and want to have a say in how they are managed, we have setup a short survey (it’s honestly a 5-10 minute survey) for you to provide your thoughts to Council.

Ki te hiahia koe ki te rangahau mahi toi i te reo Māori pato i konei.

Feel free to join the discussion down below or email Carolyn (Queens Park) or Alisha (Castlecliff Coastal Reserve) directly.

On behalf of Council’s Planning team, thank you and we look forward to receiving your feedback.

Carolyn McIntyre (Carolyn.McIntyre@whanganui.govt.nz)

Survey closes: 31 January 2017
